Hampton Inn Merrillville

Jennifer was wonderful. Jennifer and her staff are to be comended for excellent customer service and honesty. I left my Tablet in my room when I checked out. I called next day and Jennifer had already been trying to contact me to let me know that she had my Tablet. What a relief for me!! She then did the extra effort to get it mailed back to me. I appreciated it so much! Thanks to Jennifer and the cleaning staff!!! Keith

Not a big breakfast eater but it looked good. Location was fine it was close to where I needed to be for a meeting. It was back off the road so you did not get a lot of the road noise. The staff was the best. Nicest people you could meet. Very helpful and they all welcomed you always had a smile on their face.

Karen was an amazing front desk person. She sent me several text throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. Also just to check in to see if everything was going well. The rest of staff were all very helpful and pleasant. A great stay.

Breakfast served until 10-great for vacation schedule!

room was comfortable and place was quite, front desk was very polite and friendly, room clean, parking was good.
